GARDEN CITY, Ga. (WTOC) – One man is custody and charged with aggravated child molestation and statutory rape by the Garden City Police Department after a 16-year-old’s father reported him to the police.
According to the arresting documents, the man, 22-year-old Victoriano Rax-Coc, is now on an ICE hold.
