This week, the Wisconsin-based restaurant chain known for its ButterBurgers and rich frozen custard opened its doors at 3133 Peek Road, just north of Morton Road and Grand Parkway. It’s the first Culver’s in Katy and the latest stop in the brand’s steady expansion across Texas.
