Wausau man among five indicted in federal drug and gun cases

A Wausau man is among five people indicted this week in federal court on drug trafficking and firearms charges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin announced Wednesday.

A federal grand jury charged Austin Heil, 27, of Wausau, with possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute and illegally possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
