FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas hotelier Shashwat Goyal has mismanaged several northwest Arkansas properties and engaged in self-dealing, according to lawsuits by investors.
Three suits filed in Arkansas state courts in October and November allege that Goyal was negligent and in breach of his fiduciary duties in running four hotels in Fayetteville, Bentonville and Rogers.
