ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Voices of Inspiration, a resource center in Rockford, worries growing demands and rising rent may hurt its ability to help the hungry and homeless.
The center looks to feed and provide for underserved families and individuals, including kids and teens. Last year, it served 16,088 individuals. But Vivian Lott, the organization’s CEO, says the number of individuals they serve has skyrocketed since last year.
