One of Eugene’s community spaces quietly welcomed a new business to its lineup last weekend with the opening of Brown Hornet Records at The Hybrid Gallery, located at 941 W. Third Ave. in Eugene.
Artists founded The Hybrid Gallery as a space for creatives to gather, collaborate and share their work. Jenn Vincent, general manager, said the space has transformed over the past year to become a central hub for Eugeneans to connect and experience some of the artistic drive the Whiteaker neighborhood is known for.
The Hybrid Gallery, with its exterior painted with leaves and streaks of rainbow color, is home to an art gallery, Anna Vintage & Art Shop and Starry Bites food truck. The scent of freshly roasted coffee wafts out of Equiano Coffee Roasters, which moved into The Hybrid in the spring of 2024…
