COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Richland County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was shot and killed by a Richland County deputy after an encounter with law enforcement on Tuesday.
Coroner Naida Rutherford said Wednesday the man who died as 42-year-old Antonio Toney of Columbia.
