FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Three people have been charged in connection to a home invasion burglary where the door was busted open and a woman was threatened at gunpoint.
Ashley Cunningham (who also goes by Ashley Anderson), Tyler Anderson, and Shawn Williamson have all been charged with burglary with a deadly weapon, robbery, and intimidation. They all face up to 52 years in prison.
In the court documents, it says that the night of August 11th, the three are seen in home surveillance footage arriving at the victim’s house in a black sedan. They all donned partial face masks to hide their identities. Cunningham and the men, armed with a pistol and an assault rifle, approached the front door. She told the men, “They aren’t going to open the door,” to which Anderson replied by kicking it open.
The court documents say that Cunningham, upon entering the home, yelled, “Open the door, I’m going to get in either way.” One of the men is heard shouting, “Where’s that gun at? Ashley, give me that gun.”…
