One of the six young Jacksonville men arrested in the gang-related shooting death of 7-year-old Breon Allen Jr. has now been charged with a third murder, this one a rapper known as “Tiger Sparks” in 2023.
The charge was added Aug. 27 against 21-year-old Dannel Lenoir Larkins Jr., the Sheriff’s Office announced. On Dec. 1, 2023, Kenneth Scott Glover Jr., 31, was shot multiple times outside Jax’s Food Mart at 838 A. Philip Randolph Blvd., according to arrest report that lists it as gang-related and involved a rifle. It happened in the parking lot and was captured on Sheriff’s Office Real Time Crime Center cameras.
A dark four-door SUV is seen approaching the victim and then a line is redacted from the report, followed by Larkins then returns and re-enters the vehicle as it’s driven away. An unknown person shot at them as they sped away. The vehicle was identified and recovered during the investigation, but it was damaged internally and unable to be processed…
