Knoxville’s million-dollar housing market is booming, only it’s not considered luxury anymore

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The million-dollar housing market in Knoxville is no longer considered a luxury.

“When we first started, I could count on one hand the million-dollar houses for the past two years,” Sharon Bailey, a principal of the Realty Executives Associates firm, said. “I mean, there were no million-dollar houses.”
