Former Alabama magistrate arrested for allegedly buying THC vape for a minor

A former Foley Municipal Court magistrate was arrested Aug. 22 for allegedly furnishing a controlled substance to a minor.

Joseph Fredrick Bischoff, 64, of Foley, has been accused of buying a THC vape device for a 17-year-old, according to court records.
