HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Lanes of Highway 31 are currently blocked after a single-vehicle crash that sent two people to the hospital.
Horry County Fire Rescue was dispatched around 8:55 a.m. to an area of Highway 31 just north of Robert Grissom Parkway in response to a crash.
