SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — A 61-year-old man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for beating up his sister in Milton.
Blaine Hertz had only been out of prison for one month when the incident happened in in February 2024. He previously spent four years behind bars for beating up his stepfather in 2019.
