TOLEDO, Ohio — A man charged in a north Toledo shooting death has been indicted on multiple charges, including murder.
According to a Lucas County grand jury report, 45-year-old Marlon Henderson was indicted Thursday on the following counts:
- Two counts of murder with a firearm specification
- Felonious assault with a firearm specification
- Tampering with evidence
Henderson is accused of shooting Avon Harris, 69, on Elm Street near Lagrange and Spring streets on Aug. 17. Harris was found with a gunshot wound to the abdomen after the incident around 8:45 p.m. and taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries the next day…
