PINE BLUFF, Ark. — The Pine Bluff Police Department (PBPD) has arrested a man employed with LRSD for his involvement in an alleged sex crime involving a minor.
According to records from the Pine Bluff District Court, 22-year-old Joshua Watson was taken into custody following the alleged rape of a 13-year-old that happened in July.
He has since been charged with one count of rape, and his bond has been set for $45,000…
