One of two suspects in Wisconsin poisoning plot plead not guilty in Rock County

ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) – One of the suspects in a Wisconsin poisoning plot pleaded not guilty in Rock County Court on Thursday.

Along with pleading not guilty, Andrea Whitaker,42, waived her preliminary hearing and the court accepted it.

A criminal complaint filed against Whitaker and Paul VanDuyne alleges multiple dangerous poisons were used, including cyanide, thallium and abrin.

Authorities allege the poisons were placed in the Dane County victim’s water bottle, and in the Rock County victim’s car air vents…
