BOISE, Idaho — Patrick Irwin and his wife, Mel, have been eagerly anticipating the Boise Balloon Classic for months. “It’s a privilege to be invited,” said Patrick. “This is the Scott Spencer event, and because of him, I wanted to come to Boise. He was one of the best pilots out here.”
