BUFFALO, N.Y. — The redevelopment of Buffalo’s Commodore Perry homes is moving ahead.
The Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority held a lottery this week to create a wait list for 121 new apartments and townhouses that are now under construction. More than 700 people applied, and nearly 2,800 more are seeking one of the 284 subsidized units.
