BROOKLYN — Daleek Habersham, 26, of Brownsville, was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years in prison for a 2022 gang-related shooting that wounded a three-year-old girl, prosecutors said.
Authorities said Habersham, a member of the CHOO gang, opened fire on Riverdale Avenue near Amboy Street on March 25, 2022, striking the toddler in the shoulder as she left daycare with her father.
