GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Deputies in Greenville County arrested a man on Tuesday for fraudulent construction practices.
According to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, Kerry Don Penwell, 50, received more than $260,000 from a home construction company to complete electric work on a few projects.
