A man trying to retrieve a cat perched at the top of a tall pine tree ended up needing to be rescued in Los Angeles’ Mission Hills neighborhood Wednesday night.
L.A. firefighters were sent to the 8900 block of Burnet Avenue after receiving reports of a man trapped in a tree around 11:30 p.m.
When crews arrived at the scene, they found the man was still stuck relatively high up in the 60-foot pine tree.
Video footage showed the man’s black and white cat perched at the very top of the tree, where he was trying to rescue it before he got stuck…
