Police in Kentucky are investigating after a woman was assaulted on her front porch in an incident caught on video, according to news reports.
On Aug. 23, 78-year-old Jan Fletcher was cleaning her front porch in Louisville when she said a young man, maybe around 14 to 16 years old, walked up asking for directions to a nearby park, WDRB reported.
Surveillance footage obtained by WAVE shows the teen ask Fletcher “is somebody in there,” questioning if someone was inside the home…
