A public hearing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 4, to address the New York State Energy Plan. That includes the push to be all-electric by 2040.
The state has released the Draft State Energy Plan for public comment and the Energy Planning Board is encouraging New Yorkers to review the Draft Plan and provide their input through written comments or at public hearings.
Thursday’s meeting will be held at the Monroe Community College R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center  from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. There will also be several statewide hearings that will be done virtually afterwards…
