Dallas is home to no shortage of incredible latin foods. As soon as this year, our bounty of goods will only grow with the coming Unimarket. The Canada-based Latin marketplace, food hall, and café will debut their first US-based location in Dallas as soon as this year.
Unimarket is a concept owned by Colombian-natives, Esneyder and Richard Ospina. The two brothers first debuted UniMarket in Calgary, Alberta Canada in 2008, as a small Latin American grocery store. Since then, the market has broadened the concept’s offerings, adding a food hall and café with prepared items as well as expanded with three locations across Calgary.
Today, the venue is known as a cultural destination, offering Latin American foods, coffees, and desserts as well as live events ranging from cooking demonstrations to live music.
The company has announced its plans to open its first U.S.A concept in Dallas, Texas. Coming mid-fall, the venue will be located in the space formerly occupied by Palm Beach Tan at 7215 Skillman St. #312 in Kingsley Square…
