JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police are investigating after a woman was found deceased.
The incident occurred in the 6000 block of Interstate 55 near Beasley Road around 2:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025.

Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said a white woman was found deceased at the location. She has not been identified.
