Second man arrested after Lincoln man loses nearly $100,000 in elaborate fraud

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The second man accused of nearly stealing $100,000 as part of a scam has been arrested.

Ivan Dylyn, 28, was arrested and lodged at the Lancaster County Jail Tuesday. He has since been charged with unlawful taking of over $5,000.
