Quarryville shooter had history of restraining orders filed against him by ex-wife

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man who shot a woman before turning the gun on himself in a Quarryville home had multiple protection-from-abuse (PFA) orders filed against him in the past, according to court documents.

Marcus Taltoan, 34, was accused of abuse, harassment, and stalking by his ex-wife in instances as early as Monday of this week, according to the documents.
