A homeless man in Fruitland Park was arrested when a deputy found him sitting on the porch of a residence he had been trespassed from.
A deputy responded to a trespass complaint on Hartsock Sawmill Road in Lady Lake, at 11:40 a.m. Sunday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, he met with 35-year-old Sean Glenn Rigsby who was sitting in a chair on the enclosed porch just outside the front door.
Rigsby had been trespassed from the property before, and the complainant who lived there knew that. The complainant stated he had shown up unexpectedly at 9:20 a.m. and stayed on the porch, the report said.
Rigsby was subsequently arrested on charge of trespass occupied structure or conveyance. He was transported to Lake County Jail with bond set at $1,000…
