WILMINGTON, DE — Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Active Crime Trends Team arrested a Philadelphia man following a traffic stop in Wilmington that led to the discovery of firearms, drugs, and forged prescription materials.
On Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m., officers observed a white Nissan Altima commit a traffic violation in the Edgemoor area. A stop was conducted on Northeast Boulevard at East 27th Street, where police identified the driver as 47-year-old Harice Reddick of Philadelphia, the sole occupant of the vehicle.
During the stop, detectives recovered a loaded Ruger 57 handgun with a 20-round magazine, a doctor’s prescription pad, a stamp used to forge a physician’s signature, prepackaged marijuana, and additional concealed weapons and ammunition…
