St. Louis man convicted in $200,000 Kohl’s Cash scam that included Wisconsin store

A St. Louis man was convicted in federal court of engaging in a Kohl’s Cash scam involving stores across more than a dozen states, including Wisconsin.

Marshall Lampkin, 35, stole more than $200,000 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s, according to court records.

A jury deliberated just seven minutes in finding Lampkin guilty of five counts of mail fraud Aug. 26 after a two-day federal trial. He has a sentencing hearing scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Dec. 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri…
