ROCKFORD — A pair of historic masonry restoration experts toured the Elks Lodge No. 64 on Friday to conduct a pro bono assessment of the historic but deteriorating structure.
Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration is preparing a report on the condition of the roof and the masonry of the 113-year-old building.
