WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – As a Wichita bus driver, Josiah Williams knew he and his coworkers needed to be prepared for overdoses, because in some cases, it could mean the difference between life and death.
Williams said that while driving his routes around the city, he had witnessed people overdosing and in need of help.
