WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – In 2005, Michael Henderson was a part-time driver for Kincaid Coach, a bus line, and also worked at a car dealership in Wichita. He watched the news as Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans.
“They were saying that the people were struggling in New Orleans, and that a lot of people were inside the [Super] dome in New Orleans, the Superdome, and that they needed a way to get the people out,” Henderson said.
