LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Lexington police and fire officials gathered near a body of water on Saturday evening after a man reportedly fell into the water due to an apparent medical emergency.
Around 8:25 p.m. on Aug. 30, the Lexington Police Department told FOX 56 that officers had been dispatched to the 500 block of Laketower Drive in response to reports of a man falling into the water in the area.
