An Aumsville man unlawfully running an adult foster home for developmentally disabled individuals from his house was sentenced Aug. 29 to nearly five years in prison for neglecting vulnerable residents and stealing Medicaid funds.
Brian Woodring, 56, was arrested in May 2024 after being charged by secret indictment with dozens of counts of criminal mistreatment, making a false claim for health care payment and aggravated theft.
