ALBANY — A businessman accused of conning customers at car dealerships in Colonie and Florida was arrested on Wednesday by authorities in the Sunshine State, according to media reports.
Arrest records obtained by the Jacksonville Business Journal show that Vladimir Ranguelov of Bul Auto Sales faces three felony charges — organized fraud, obtaining a motor vehicle with fraudulent intent and dealing in stolen property. He was released on bond in lieu of $125,000, the Albany Business Review reported. He is set to be arraigned on Sept. 17, according to the publication.
