We’re not talking NOS like what tuners and racers use to give their cars a temporary boost in power. Instead, the guy had food-grade, flavored nitrous tanks used by businesses to create whipped cream.

Apparently, the guy was sitting in his Maserati while huffing the stuff, which according to the manufacturer’s website doesn’t come cheap at $100 a tank. How he came to be in possession of the stuff isn’t clear, but the Tustin Police Department said he had the nitrous “to be used as an intoxicating inhalant.”…
