Worker slashed with knife during fight at NYS Fair, troopers say

Geddes, N.Y. — A man was arrested early Sunday after State Police said he slashed a co-worker with a knife during an argument at a food stand at the New York State Fair.

Around 12:53 a.m., troopers responded to Santillo’s Sausage where two employees got into a verbal altercation while closing up for the night, said State Police spokesperson Jennifer Jiron.

During the argument, Branden J. Brown, 25, of York, Pennsylvania, slashed his co-worker in the cheek with a culinary knife, Jiron said…
