EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – On Saturday at around 12:40 pm, a Texas DPS Trooper was out on a routine patrol in El Paso County.
The Trooper observed a white Dodge Charger with a black hood with an improperly placed license plate and driving above the speed limit on IH-10.
