CHEROKEE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A federal judge in Asheville sentenced a Cherokee County man to serve 24 years for drug trafficking and firearms offenses, according to an Aug. 29 news release.
Russ Ferguson, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, announced in the release that Keith Ryan Noles, 44, of Marble, was sentenced on Aug. 28 to serve 296 months (24 years), followed by five years of supervised release, for methamphetamine trafficking.
Noles and his co-defendant, Tina Hill, 47, also of Marble, were convicted at trial in March 2024 of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine…
