NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A vehicle was recovered from a retention pond near the Northwoods Mall overnight.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a location on Northwoods Boulevard near Eagle Landing Boulevard for a vehicle in a pond.
