CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A police incident has closed a road in Cumberland County.
The incident has closed Kline Road at Meadow Ridge Drive in Southampton Township, Cumberland County.
State Troopers say one person is in custody and there is no threat to the public.
