LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A juvenile was severely injured after a vehicle crashed into an E-Bike in Lancaster County on Thursday.
On August 28, at around 6:40 p.m., police were dispatched to the first block of Church Road near Forney Fields in Warwick Township, Lancaster County, for a report of a vehicle crash involving a bicycle.
