Italian chefs cherish family traditions, and Pacino’s Ristorante is on a path to ensure its patrons feel the love in every bite. Chef Rocco Brackett still uses the same recipe taught to him by his Sicilian-born great-grandmother for her special Sunday sauce (a.k.a. the house marinara) at the restaurant he and his mother, Kim Brackett, purchased in 2022.
Kim sat down to discuss the menu with me. She mentioned that they are on a mission to take the venue back to its Italian roots with traditional recipes, stating that the previous owner blended Mediterranean and Italian.
