When a market-research firm’s closing left Ramarr Ragland looking for work 11 years ago, his quest for “sustainable, good income” led him to what was then known as the Toledo Area Regional Paratransit Service.
Today, the Toledo School for the Arts and Davis College graduate says he’d keep doing what he does for what is now TARTA Move even if the opportunity arose to switch to driving conventional Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses.
