IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A Hedrick man is facing an OWI charge despite claims that he was the designated driver, according to police.
According to a criminal complaint, 25-year-old Gabriel Sieren, of Hedrick, arrived at a Dubuque Street parking lot to pick up two friends in Iowa City on Saturday.
