A man was taken into custody by agents with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission who were outside an El Paso bar when a shooting took place over the Labor Day weekend.
TABC agents were outside at about 3 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, when they saw a fight break out in the patio area of the Tipsy Tiger at 11380 Montwood Drive in the far East Side, a TABC news release stated.
