FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. — A former Faulkner County Detention Center lieutenant has been arrested for having an alleged relationship with a female inmate.
After a criminal investigation, Robert Doyal. Mr. Doyal, who had resigned from his position on August 4, was charged with two counts of furnishing prohibited articles and one count of third-degree sexual assault, both felony charges.
He is currently being held in the Cleburne County Detention Center, awaiting court appearances…
