On a seemingly peaceful Monday afternoon, the tranquility of Fells Point was shattered by a violent incident earlier that morning. Police reported that officers on patrol discovered a 28-year-old woman with stab wounds to her arm and shoulder on South Ann Street near Thames Street. The suspects, described as two women, remain at large.
