LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. — A recent Tennessee Wesleyan University graduate is following the same path her late father once walked.
Jayden Scott earned her degree in criminal justice with a minor in chemistry in August. She now hopes to begin a career in crime scene forensics — inspired in part by the law enforcement legacy left behind by her father, Loudon County Deputy Jason Scott.
Deputy Scott was shot and killed while responding to a domestic call on March 12, 2004. He died just 11 days before Jayden was born…
